It's March's Reading Month!
All reading hours should be turned in on Monday morning! If you have lost your slip, you can always send me an email with your child's total hours read this past week.

Phonics/Reading
Last week our letter focus was on Yy and its sound /y/ and letter Jj and its sound /j/. This week we learned about letter Xx and its sound /k/s/, as well as letter Qq and its sound /k/w/.
We learned that letter q is always followed by letter u in English words.
Here are some words to practice reading and writing at home:
