May 13th

We made it through Friday the 13th and another week of kindergarten!  The year is quickly winding down, but we are enjoying our last few weeks together.

Monday is our field trip to the Dairy Discovery Farm. This is such a fun trip!  I spent many days on this farm growing up as I was good friends with them.  Please remember to send your child with a sack lunch on Monday as we will be eating at the farm.  We're looking forward to a fun day!

Thursday we will spend most of our day being scientists at the Wittenbach/Wege Nature Center.  Your child will need to pack a lunch again on Thursday.  Be sure to send a drink along as well.

LIBRARY BOOKS!

All library books need to be returned next week!  We will miss our normal library time on Monday, so please bring them on Tuesday instead.  

Food Fight for F.R.O.M.

Our food fight continues!  We currently have 212 points from our class.  Keep sending in those donations!  For every piece of food brought in we earn 1 point and for every $1 we bring in we earn 4 points!

Tuesday, May 31st -- Kindergarten Picnic at Creekside Park in Lowell.

We encourage all families to pack a lunch and meet us at the park for an afternoon of fun!

Younger siblings are welcome!!  We will arrive at 10:45am and plan on eating around 11:30am.  We will head back to school at 1:00pm.  Parents are welcome to take their child home following the picnic or they may ride back to school.
