Next week we will be having a school-wide Spirit Week:
Monday:   Wear Purple
Tuesday:  Wear Red, White and Black
Wednesday:  Wear shirts with kind words
Thursday:  Hat Day
Friday:  Pajama Day

For Your Calendar:

Jan 27th--Field Trip to The Grand Rapids Symphony Lollipop Concert at East Grand Rapids Performing Arts Center.  Kaylee Smith and Brooklynn Cowan will be attending as our parent volunteers. 

Feb. 10th--Field Trip to the Wittenbach Nature Center 9:30am--12:00pm .  We will need parent volunteers to meet us there.  Let me know if you are able to attend!

Feb. 13th--Valentine's Day Party 10:15-10:45am--Sign up will be coming soon

April 28th--Field Trip to the Grand Rapids Children's Museum 9:30-11:30am.  I will need 4 parent volunteers to meet us there.  I will do a drawing as we get closer to the date.  Student admission is paid for by MLE Family Links fundraiser.  

May 14th--Field Trip to the Wittenbach Nature Center 9:30-1:30pm.  We will be eating lunch at the nature center.  Please pack a lunch and drink for your child.  We will need parent volunteers to meet us there.  Let me know if you are available to attend!

May 21st -- Kindergarten End of the Year Family Picnic at Creekside Park in Lowell.  We hope all our Kindergarten families will join us for a picnic lunch and playtime!  10:45am-1:30pm  Younger siblings are encouraged to come, too!

May 28th--Field Trip to the Dairy Discover Farm 10:00-12:00.  All parents may attend.  Cost $6 per parent attending.  Student admission is paid for by MLE Family Links fundraiser.
